The staff was very rude. Especially Mr Sheldon who was at reception when we got there and we requested rarly check in he asked for 300UAE I agreed and he said he will let us check in 7.30am as we got to the hotel 5am. At 7.30 he said will check us in at 9.30 and after that he disappeared. But thanks to the woman receptionist who started her shift. I forget her name but she was great and very helpfull and she managed to get us checked in at 12pm she was very helpfull

Very need and clean hotel . Staff are also so so nice person .. I recommend to all stay here and enjoy ur trip amazing experience I got it . Very very good location big size of room and good service thank you fortune grand hotel for make my trip happy

It was a really nice stay. I arrived early and they were kind enough to let me check in early. The room and bathroom was very clean. All Staffs were nice and they we there for every need.

Staff was co operative, location was very good and the cleannesses of the property was also nice plus you get a good parking space in basement which is quite helpful.

Great hotel and the front desk staff is very nice. Room is also clean. Staff give us a free upgrade to deluxe room. Nice stay😊

Very nice and clean room with everything needed. It's completely soundproof. One can sleep in peace without any interruption of any kind.

Thanks to Rohit for his good treatment upon check in and the other guy I think he was the manager he was very kind too and we really appreciate him. Without forgetting Jamal and Khadga from concierge and the lady I think her name is Chiki. Thank you for making our stay wonderful for the second time as we stayed before. The room was clean and very nice with a great view. We will definitely visit again.
